It hasn't been an easy summer for Peggy, or so she says. For the first three episodes of 'Million Dollar Beach House', she was busy sparring with Noel after a disastrous showing of Marine Boulevard, a grand mansion in The Hamptons. She accused Noel of being "disrespectful" to her client and said that he was also doubting her capabilities. Matters got out of hands when co-agent Michael Fulfree unintentionally stirred the pot by revealing to Peggy that Noel didn't want her at an opening house of the luxurious Blue Mars Hotel.

Peggy kicked up a storm and fought with Sara, Michael's co-agent, who had confided in him about this. After attacking Sara for being the "fakest" she's ever met, Peggy called Noel a "phony" too. In Episode 5, Peggy felt even more cornered as Michael took the team out on a grand yacht ride, and told Peggy that she tends to take everything in a negative manner. A fuming Peggy said that she would now just "shut down" and keep away from everyone, and going by the last episode, that's exactly what she did. She even stole Jimmy Giugliano's client and didn't tell him about it.

Giugliano didn't impress the developer and owner Yale Fishman at David Whites Lane in Southampton, which has a listing price of $5,895,000. During the sunset-viewing party, Yale was annoyed that Jimmy was on his phone, even though he explained to him that he had an emergency to deal with. Yale, who isn't much for "chatter," made it clear to JB, Jimmy's partner, that he has multiple agents going after him, so they need to focus more. Peggy had a conversation with Yale, and at the end of the episode, she met him at Duck Pond, another luxurious home. He asked Peggy what is she going to do that's different, to which she responded saying she will give it her all and promised to work day and night to sell the house. He was impressed with her "aggression" and "hunger."

"Do I feel a little bad that Jimmy has worked with him in the past? Hundred percent. But that's business," she told the camera. Back at the Nest Seekers office, Peggy didn't tell the others what she has been up to, and explained to the camera that it is all "free game." "I learned a lot of lessons this summer. People I thought I can trust, I can't. I'm just trying to look out for myself. No one else." How will the others react when the found out that Peggy has been trying to nab the listing at Duck's Pond?

'Million Dollar Beach House' is streaming on Netflix. Tune into the drama brewing between all the real-estate agents.
