The actor was seen handcuffed as he got papped leaving his Malibu home. According to the Daily Mail, the cops then took the actor to a local hospital before transferring him to the police station.
The ’Reservoir Dogs’ star was in the headlines last month when his son Hudson Madsen reportedly died by a “self inflict" gunshot wound. According to reports, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department website reported that the 64-year-old actor was booked just after midnight with a bail set at $500. Michael Madsen when arrested was seen wearing baggy jeans, a denim jacket teamed up with a partially unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt.

According to The Daily Mail, Michael Madsen was arrested for trespassing. The cops revealed that a local unnamed property owner tried going for the citizen’s arrest for trespassing and he then called the cops on him on Wednesday evening. Cops then responded to a 'call for service' where they were told that the owner of the property wished to press charges against the ‘Kill Bill’ star.
According to reports, it is not clear whether Michael was under the influence at the time of the arrest. He was arrested in 2019 for DUI when he crashed his Land Rover into a pole. He had spent four days in jail. He was later axed from a $100K role in the movie 'Confessions of a Serial Killer’. In 2012, the actor was arrested for the same crime.

According to The Sun, a spokeswoman for the Department of the Medical Examiner in Honolulu said, “I can confirm Hudson Lee Madsen, 26, died by a gunshot wound to the head in a suspected suicide on the island of Oahu.” Hudson was the godson of movie director Quentin Tarantino. Having served in the US Army, Hudson was an Afghanistan veteran.
Speaking on the tragic incident, Michael in an official statement told Los Angeles Times, “I am in shock as my son, whom I just spoke with a few days ago, said he was happy- my last text from him was ‘I love you dad. It’s so tragic and sad. I’m just trying to make sense of everything and understand what happened.” He added, “He had typical life challenges that people have with finances, but he wanted a family. He was looking towards his future, so it’s mind-blowing. I just can’t grasp what happened.”
