Mia Khalifa issues burial instructions, selects outfit to wear in grave as coronavirus threatens her wedding plans
Former porn star Mia Khalifa, like a lot of other people around the world, is pondering some of the bigger questions in life while being trapped indoors amid the coronavirus pandemic. And, the former pornstar seems to have made some decisions about how she wants to be buried after her death.
The Beirut-born bombshell is all set to tie the knot with Robert Sandberg in June. However, her special day will most likely be postponed due to the coronavirus lockdown, RT reports.
According to the report, the delayed wedding ceremony coupled with the constant stream of negative headlines on her newsfeed has Khalifa feeling blue, so much that she has issued strict instructions on how she should be buried.
“If the world ends before I get a chance to speed walk down the aisle to Robert Sandberg, please bury me in one of the 12 dresses hanging in my closet for our would’ve-been wedding week this June,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
What's more? The eye-popping star also furnished a photo wearing one of the dozen options she has picked to shuffle off her mortal coil. The post went on to garner over 1.3 million likes on Instagram.
That said, the 27-year-old has kept herself occupied during the lockdown posting regular updates about her exercise activity as well as sharing photos from recent photoshoots. Meanwhile, she is also passionately urging her fans to stay indoors to stop the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
Khalifa, who got engaged to the Swedish chef in March last year, had initially set their wedding date for sometime in 2021. However, rumor has it that the couple moved the date forward by an entire year because she was pregnant.
Nonetheless, the former adult star has continued to maintain a significant social media presence since leaving the industry, and recently wrote a post on Instagram warning her fans to "leave her the f**k alone."
The celebrity wrote the post while celebrating her 17 million followers milestone on the popular photo-sharing site. "I love every single one of you, but please leave me the f**k alone if you see me at an airport before 9 AM. The encounter is guaranteed to be unpleasant," Khalifa said in a caption along with a picture from a recent trip to Toledo, in Spain.
Khalifa left the porn industry in early 2015 after receiving constant online abuses and threats of decapitation from the Islamic State after she performed nude while wearing a hijab in her films.
Ever since leaving the industry, Khalifa has been outspoken about the manipulation of young and vulnerable women in the industry. She also revealed that she deeply regretted her decision to join the industry. "(Porn) corporations prey on callow young women & trap them legally into contracts when they’re vulnerable," she said.
The Lebanese-born stunner has also claimed that she made $12,000 from the porn industry and that she does not have any ownership of rights to her own website. She added that she does not receive any royalties from her movies either.
Khalifa, however, has continued to garner an impressive following on social media platforms posting pictures about sports, food, and travel.
