MasterChef star Mery Liviero files police complaint after her explicit OnlyFans pics are leaked
Mery Liviero, MasterChef star and OnlyFans model, has called for a police probe after her pictures were leaked from the platform and shared online. The 26-year-old reportedly joined OnlyFans to earn some extra dough to build a kitchen studio and start her own YouTube channel.
Liviero, who made it to the sixth round of MasterChef Italy, was shocked to find that some of the explicit images she shared via the private OnlyFans chats were being shared online through Facebook and WhatsApp. The model contacted the cops and demanded an investigation into the leak. "I'm not joking when you cross the line. There is talk of image theft and it is a serious criminal offense," said the aspiring chef, whose real name is Maria Grazia Liviero, as per Corriere Della Sera.

"I learned from a follower on Instagram that another Telegram channel has been created with my photos. I renew the phrase that I always repeat: if you steal and post my private material, I will find you and report you," Liviero added. She confirmed that she had filed a complaint about the "illegal dissemination of sexually explicit images or videos" in contravention of article 612 of Italy's criminal code.
"The material shared and published on my profile is not to be shared or sold, especially including those in a private and personalized form. Any disclosure of materials and content outside this portal will be sued in court," the model concluded. As per Daily Star, Liviero works as the manager of a Ravioli shop in Rome and lives with her boyfriend, dog, and cat. The Masterchef contestant has also worked as a personal trainer.
Liviero, who has more than 22k followers on Instagram, also said, "The person responsible will be getting an unpleasant call, and they deserve it. If I were these people, I would now run to the forum to immediately remove the content spontaneously, considering however that the legal measures will still be taken in charge. Thanks to all the others, to those who respect others and who are helping me to report these idiots."
She shares images of herself, her life, and her food on the social media platform. According to the Daily Star, Liviero contacted Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni, a special department of police that specializes in Italy's communication network crimes. The portal further reports, "If content creators’ images and videos are copied and misused, OnlyFans has a specialist DMCA team that can help to recover pirated content."
Liviero explained, "Thanks to my work as a model, I finance the opening of a recipe channel on YouTube. I would never have had the opportunity to buy the right material or a house suitable for my needs, with a decent kitchen to create videos." About her police complaint, she said, "I proceeded through the postal police and my lawyers in Rome and Milan for the publication of my private contents of OF on an external public forum."
