Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who have been dating for a while now, made their first public appearance together as a couple on the 2020 American Music Awards red carpet. At the ceremony, Megan Fox also introduced Machine Gun Kelly to the stage who performed his songs 'Bloody Valentine' and 'My Ex's Best Friend' along with Travis Barker, drummer extraordinaire and member of Blink-182.

Fans were quick to react to the two stars making an appearance together. The response was mixed as some fans slammed the couple (mostly MGK) while others appreciated them for being epically stylish and hot. One fan, slamming MGK, wrote, "Megan Fox dating Machine Gun Kelly is a crime against the LGBT community," while another, sharing a picture of the two from the red carpet, said, "I can’t believe Megan Fox came dressed like the bisexual queen she is & then there’s Machine Gun Kelly wearing whatever that is." Another viewer appreciating Fox's look, added, "God Megan Fox is so f***ing hot like she is just genetically blessed what on Earth!"

Another user, praising the couple, commented, "Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are such an attractive couple. Neither of them look happy but they are hot!" while another tweeted, "How did Machine Gun Kelly get Megan Fox please explain oh my God." Finally, a user said, "Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are the hottest couple and I don't know which person I’m more jealous of."

Machine Gun Kelly recently released 'Tickets to My Downfall', his fifth studio album which was marked by a departure from his established rap sound. 'Tickets to My Downfall', a more guitar-driven pop-punk album, became his first record to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. The album tripled the opening numbers for his prior album, 'Hotel Diablo' in 2019, and made it the first rock album to top the chart in just over a year since Tool's album 'Fear Inoculum' in September 2019. In fact, Fox was also featured in the music video for MGK's track 'Bloody Valentine' alongside the rapper-rocker himself.
