Is Megan Fox engaged to MGK? Actress rocks ring on 'special finger' at VMAs rehearsal
Meghan Fox sparked engagement rumors after she was spotted rocking a ring on the "special finger" while she showed up at Machine Gun Kelly's rehearsal for the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards.
After the 'Transformers' actress, 35, was spotted watching Kelly, 31, during his VMAs prep on Wednesday, September 8, an insider teased to US Weekly a possible “surprise announcement” during the rapper’s Sunday, September 12, debut performance at the Barclays Center in New York. Kelly is slated to premiere his new single, “Papercuts,” at the awards show alongside his friend Travis Barker.

This is not the first time that Fox and Kelly have sparked engagement rumors. The couple previously triggered engagement speculation in January when the 'Transformers' actress was seen wearing a huge ring on her left hand while out in New York City. MGK also wore what appeared to be costume jewelry while being with his love. Fox quickly shut down the rumors by sharing an Instagram Story of the ring that read, “F—k you,” adding an eye-roll emoji. The following month, a source told the outlet that the 'New Girl' alum “isn’t in any rush" to get married again. However, the publication added that the “Bloody Valentine” musician was prepared to get married to "her in a heartbeat.”
The actress and musician were first romantically linked in May 2020 after meeting on the set of their mystery crime film 'Midnight in the Switchgrass,' which was released this July. They became a couple after Fox split from her longtime husband Brian Austin Green in late 2019. The split did not become public knowledge until last year.
In June 2020, Fox became Instagram official with the “I Think I’m Okay” rapper. Since then, the pair has packed on the PDA and often gush about their love for each other in interviews and on social media. “A twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time,” Fox said of her beau in the pair’s first joint interview during a July 2020 episode of the 'Give Them Lala … With Randall' podcast. “So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately because I felt it right away.”
Fox has not shied away from sharing details about her intimate moments with MGK. A few days back, Fox posted a series of snapshots on Instagram of leaning on a table inside of an Airbnb that the couple presumably rented for some rest and relaxation, and her caption made it sound like they did little resting. “When I tell you that the table at this air bnb saw some things,” she wrote alongside the photos. Kelly, responded in the comments: “I’m really glad that’s not our table anymore.”
