'Pretty Little Dead Girl': Meet Makenzie Vega, Johannah Newmarch and rest of the cast of Lifetime's thriller
Lifetime movies is set to make your weekend better with its upcoming flick, 'Pretty Little Dead Girl'. The 90-minute film casts Makenzie Vega and Johannah Newmarch in the lead roles. The film is directed by Daniel Gilboy who has produced films like 'I Spit On Your Grave,' 'Hydra' and 'Caved In'. Conor Allyn is the writer of the film.
The official synopsis of the film reads: "Emma, the fortunate beneficiary of an ongoing heart relocation, embarks to discover the personality of her benefactor just to discover that it was her antagonized cousin and may have been the casualty of homicide."

Makenzie Vega
Born on February 10, 1994, Makenzie Jade Vega Norfolk, also known as Makenzie Vega, played the character of Alicia Florrick’s daughter, Grace, in the critically acclaimed television drama 'The Good Wife'. She earlier appeared in CBS' 'The Geena Davis Show'. Vega has appeared in films like horror-thriller 'Fender Bender'. She also worked in Brett Ratner’s 'The Family Man' opposite Nicolas Cage. Besides, she was in Jon Favreau’s 'Made', James Wan’s 'Saw', Robert Rodriguez’s 'Sin City', Donald Petrie’s 'Just My Luck', Brett Ratner’s 'X-Men: The Last Stand' and Jon Kasdan’s 'In the Land of Women'. Most recently, Vega appeared in Hallmark Channel’s 'The Beach House.'
Johannah Newmarch
Johannah Newmarch has appeared in TV shows like 'Supernatural', 'Smallville', 'Stargate', 'Rogue', 'Haunting Hour', 'Motive', 'Gracepoint', 'The Whispers' and many award-winning independent films. She has appeared in films like 'A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish' (2019), 'When Calls the Heart' (2014), 'Supernatural' (2005) and 'Sunflower Hour' (2011). In 2012, Johannah was honored with a Leo for Best Supporting Actress in a feature for her work in 'Sunflower Hour', and again in 2014 with the Best Actress award at the Vancouver Short Film Festival for her performance in 'The Weather Girl'. She also bagged a nomination for the Best Actress at the 2012 UBCP/ACTRA Awards for 'Sunflower Hour'.
Ben Cotton
Born on July 26, 1975, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Ben Cotton is known for his work in 'The Chronicles of Riddick' (2004), 'Stargate: Atlantis' (2004), 'Once Upon a Time in Wonderland' (2013) and 'Slither' (2006).
