Meek Mill drops 'Quarantine Pack' and 'Pain Away' music video with Lil Durk, fans say rapper 'touched my soul'

Meek Mill's four-track record, which features rappers Vory, 42 Dugg, and Lil Durk, is now streaming on all major platforms

Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill has released a four-track surprise record titled 'Quarantine Pack'. The rapper dropped the album after he deactivated his social media accounts saying he'll be back only after he has a new project ready to drop. The four-track record, which features rappers Vory, 42 Dugg and Lil Durk, was made available worldwide on Friday, November 20, and is now streaming on all major platforms.

It's among the many hip-hop releases this Friday as an XXL Magazine tweet pointed out, "Artists dropping toning: Megan Thee Stallion, French Montana, Lil Tjay, Meek Mill, Jeezy, Rich The Kid & NBA YoungBoy, Nas, DaBaby, Chief Keef & Mike Will, Saint Jhn, IDK, Luh Kel & Trippie Redd, Wale ft. Gunna."



 

The four songs on the record are 'Middle of It' featuring Vory, 'Pain Away' featuring Lil Durk, GTA featuring 42 Dugg, and Think It's a Game featuring Vory. It has been produced by Hváll, Papamitrou, S1, SAMPLGTWY, and TT Audi & Xander. A music video for 'Pain Away' was also released which can be watched below.

While Meek received a lot of negative tweets about his album release, he responded by saying, "I’m ashamed to say I feed off hate it make my adrenaline rush!" One fan, praising the record, tweeted, "Hopped out of the 'Verzuz' to like this tweet. New Meek about to go stupid!" while another, quoting the lyric to 'Pain Away', wrote, "'Don't judge my pain if you don't know the sh*t that I'm against' felt that."

Another fan said, "Bro this sh*t is so hard, short but sweet," while a different fan said, "Meek Mill 'Quarantine Pack' is exactly what we needed in this crazy year. 'Pain Away' really touched my soul. You and Lil Durk went in hard. I know who my GOAT is. Meek Mill for Life." A fan further added, "Yo Meek Mill the one featuring Lil Durk really touching my soul...Guess I was there with you guys in the studio," followed by the hashtag #quarantinepack.



 



 



 



 



 



 



 

'Quarantine Pack' follows Meek Mill's 2018 album 'Championships' which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has been certified platinum by the RIAA. It spawned the singles 'Going Bad' featuring Drake and '24/7' featuring Ella Mai.
