BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: In the fourth episode of 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Season 15, Josh Flagg visited his new listing on Castle Place in the Trousdale area, known for its mid-century modern homes.

The seller wanted to list the property at $18 million, but Josh believed it should be priced at $15 million. Despite the outdated finishes and canyon view instead of a city view, Josh decided to list it slightly lower at $17.995 million.

During the broker's opening at Castle Place, feedback indicated that the pricing was too high due to the need for renovations. Josh was disappointed with the brokers who attended, feeling they were not part of the elite group who sell the majority of homes in Los Angeles.

Shortly after, the seller sent a harsh email criticizing Josh for not receiving any offers and for inviting subpar brokers. The seller was offended by Josh's suggestion to lower the price to $15 million.

Frustrated, Josh responded confidently, highlighting his social media following and questioning why other brokers weren't selling the property if they believed it was underpriced. Josh acknowledged that he might be fired, the client might come around, or he might choose to quit.

'MDLLA' Season 15 star Josh Flagg reacts to Tracy Tutor's split from Eric Anderson

In a recent episode of 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Season 15, Tracy Tutor opened up about her breakup with Eric Anderson. Tracy discussed various factors on the show that contributed to the downfall of their relationship, such as Eric's communication with another woman and their significant age gap.

Tracy's intuition told her that her boyfriend was up to something shady on the internet, and her suspicions were confirmed to be true.

"It's like, did I think that maybe he was looking at Instagram and looking at chicks in bikinis? Of course I did. I'm not an idiot. He's 28. But there's an extra layer with getting a DM from an OnlyFans type chick. She reached out to me and said, 'Is he your man?' I said, 'Yes,' and she said, 'Well, he's DM-ing me,'" she shared in the episode.

During a conversation with Josh, Tracy expressed that she had a deep and honest discussion with Eric that touched on sensitive topics, revealing her triggers and past experiences. She clarified that while the conversation was hurtful, she did not consider it to be cheating.

Josh, on the other hand, disagreed with Tracy's viewpoint. He explained that in his relationship, engaging in flirtatious behavior over a webcam would be unacceptable to him. Josh emphasized his preference for a traditional marriage without the use of platforms like OnlyFans or webcam interactions, although he mentioned that he was fine with porn.
