Cricketer Matt Dunn posts heartbreaking message as daughter, 2, dies after battle with severe epilepsy
SURREY, ENGLAND: England cricket star Matt Dunn's young daughter Florence died at the tender age of two from a severe form of epilepsy.
The little girl was suffering from a rare and severe form of epilepsy known as Dravet syndrome, a condition that begins in infancy or early childhood and is described by the NHS as a 'rare, life-limiting, and devastating genetic neurological condition'. Dunn and his wife, Jessica, have previously shared about Florence's condition, and they even documented her journey with epilepsy through the Instagram page Florries' Dravet Journey.
