Demotion or firing is not unheard of when it comes to reality shows. While most cast members take it in their stride, some don't adjust to changes very well. Quad Webb seems to be one of them. Despite serving enough and more drama over the years, it's sad that she got dropped along the way. Or did she? We'll explore more of it in a bit.

Reports from last year claimed that she was demoted to a friend role and that's why refused to return to the show. While there were some that pointed out that Quadd was fired altogether. But Dr Heavenly Kimes seems to know the truth.

Talking to The Shade Room, she confirmed that the cast does hang out with Quad at some point in the new season. However, it is not know how intense her role in the show is going to be. If it had been early last year, we would have had trouble believing Heavenly given their social media fight over body image. But they have sorted their issues since and the dentist was sweet enough to point out that leaving Quad out of the picture could be a mistake.

We know Heavenly is a regular on YouTube. She has her own channel where she shares tidbits from her personal life. Recently, she sat down to review the 'M2M' trailer and couldn't hold herself from pointing out that the show could be "ruined" without Quad in it.

"Y’all saw that Miss Quad, y’all saw it, that she a friend. The girl was good for TV," she began her rant and added that she wished she could talk to Bravo about their decisions and call them out on getting rid of "good people."

"Can I give my opinion? Cause this just my opinion. I don’t want to make nobody mad or nothing," she continued, "But I will say this. This is a job just like any job. If you come to work on time, do your job, don’t have such a big head, don’t curse the people out, you might be alright. That’s all I’m a say about that.”

Catch all the new episodes of 'Married to Medicine' when it returns with Season 8 on Bravo on March 7, Sunday at 9/8c. For more information, check your local listings.
