After a delay of over six months, the 55th annual Academy of Country Music Awards is finally happening in Nashville. Moreover, for the first time in the history of ACMs, the award ceremony is being broadcasted from three different venues — the Grand Ole Opry House, Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, and The Bluebird Cafe.

The most sought-after award of the night, Female Artist of the Year went to Maren Morris. Other nominees for the award included Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves and Carrie Underwood.

Wearing Versace, the 30-year-old glowed as she performed 'To Hell and Back' from her album 'GIRL' inside Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. "She is wearing one of my favorite looks from the runway, as once she put it on, she knew this was it!" Maren's stylist Dani Michelle told E! News. "For her performance, we wanted to play off the warm lights and the long-sleeved silhouette allowed her to focus on the performance while still feeling fabulous."

Keith Urban stole the stage when he joined as the host of the show. The night also showcased various performances by Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Riley Green, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, Maren Morris, Old Dominion and Thomas Rhett featuring Jon Pardi, Blake Shelton featuring Gwen Stefani, Tenille Townes, Carrie Underwood, Morgan Wallen and Trisha Yearwood.

As soon as the announcement for the category was made, people started congratulating Morris, as one Internet user said, "Gotta love @MarenMorris taking the time during her acceptance speech to remind people to get out and VOTE (even though she had to pee). You rock, girl." Another one said, "OH HOW THIS AGED  Female artist of the Year! My queen @MarenMrris."

While one happy fan shared a snap from her acceptance speech and said, "FINALLY! AFTER FOUR YEARS! MAREN MORRIS WINS FEMALE VOCALIST! She deserves this so very much!" and another netizen said, "Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Mickey Guyton, Carrie Underwood and all the women in country music made a huge statement tonight. I look up to them so much #ACMs."
