'Manifest': Are the red X's a call for hatred by the Major or Cody Webber?
Symbols matter when it comes to NBC's 'Manifest', and Episode 13 gave us a biggest one, which must surely serve as a major clue for the show - a red X. Coming from creator Jeff Rake, the show has been following in the aftermath of the sudden re-appearance of Montego Air Flight 828 which went missing for almost five and a half years.
However, once the plane arrived, the passengers, who hadn't aged a day, began to hear strange voices in their heads they interpreted as "Callings," since the voices seemed to be guiding them towards some kind of unknown destination. Starring Josh Dallas as Ben Stone, Melissa Roxburgh as Michaela Stone, Athena Karkanis as Grace, Jack Messina as Cal Stone, and Parveen Kaur as Saanvi Bahl, Episode 13 was both disturbing and revealing at the same time.
