'Manifest': Cal's 'Callings' led him to prophesy 'it is coming', but what could 'it' be?

NBC's record-breaking show 'Manifest' is drawing to a close with only three episodes remaining, and we still do not know what happened on Montego Air Flight 828. Starring Josh Dallas as Ben Stone, Melissa Roxburgh as Michaela Stone, Jack Messina as Cal Stone, Athena Karkanis as Grace, and Luna Blaise as Olive Stone, the show follows in the wake of the re-appearance of the plane which went missing for almost five and a half years.
The passengers, which included Ben, Michaela, and Cal, began to hear strange voices in their heads the moment they returned, and ever since, the characters have been trying to figure out what these voices (they interpret as "Callings") could actually mean.
