MAMA 2020: TXT blows minds with ‘Blue Hour’ plus ‘Dynamite’ performance, but why do BTS fans feel ‘robbed’?
MAMA 2020 is giving fans one after another banger performance of their favourite K-pop groups but fans say the virtual performance can’t make it up for everything especially when it comes to one group reacting to another. Big Hit Entertainment’s TXT aka BTS’ "baby brother" group covered their Billboard Hot 100 topper and Grammy-nominated 'Dynamite' but fans say they were robbed of BTS reacting to it given how they always hype the young singers.
Tomorrow X Together performed ‘Blue Hour’ plus ‘Dynamite’ and BTS fans were endeared by the group’s vibrant rendition of the performance. TXT also covered ‘Short Hair’ by Cho Yongpil and Park Jinyoung’s ‘She Was Pretty’. Fans took it to Twitter to express how much they miss BTS reacting to TXT’s performance.
A fan wrote, “omg just realised we were completely robbed of bts reacting to txt performing dynamite and then hyping them up during blue hour straight after i’m sad.” Another fan said, “i just know they were cheering for them.” To which a fan replied, “watching with the biggest smiles on their faces.” A fan shared, “Our Magical boys came in to brighten the dark atmosphere and I was happy to have a disco sugar rush with #TXT we want more of this. TXT ICON OF GROWTH.” A fan posted, “They did a freaking amazing performance, waaa!! I am amazed!! I loved it!! I screamed.”

TXT released their late summer bop 'Blue Hour' on October 26 and TXT fans also known as MOA loved how the group translated their feelings regarding the year in the single. Dancing and singing in front of a Merry Go Round, the members sang: "I hate this awkwardness, I just laugh/ Baby I know we were special/ One of a kind special/ That look in your eyes like a gift box that's been emptied/ You and me in the setting sun/ But it's you, you're the one that I want/ You, everything that I want/ Blue, the blue landed next to me, everything changes." Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai wore pretty pastel outfits throughout and the soothing aesthetic turned out to be a fan-jam in hours!
