Swae Lee, who is best known for his song ‘Sunflower’ featuring Post Malone from the movie ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’, recently sparked dating rumors with singer-songwriter Malu Trevejo when the latter posted their picture on her Instagram stories a few days ago.

The duo looked cozy in the picture clicked in a pool and had a gala time in each other’s company as Lee celebrated his 28th birthday on June 7, as reported by Capital Xtra. The intimate snap also fueled romance rumors between the two. Now, a new picture shared by Swae Lee on his official Instagram account again got people talking but looks like Trevejo was not having any of it. She soon squashed all the rumors with her Instagram stories. Who is Malu Trevejo?

Malu Trevejo’s full name is María Luisa "Malu" Trevejo and she is a Cuban singer-songwriter based in Miami, Florida. The 18-year-old crooner performs both in Spanish and English. She is best known for her videos on the app called Musically. The teen sensation enjoys more than 10 million followers on Instagram and has acquired over 100 million views on her YouTube channel.

Malu Trevejo dropped her debut single in the year 2017 called ‘Luna Llena’ which peaked at number one on Billboard 100 Hot Latin chart for two consecutive weeks. She then got more popular among the listeners with her November 2019 single called ‘En Mi Mente’ which surpassed 10 million views on streaming platforms. Malu also has an OnlyFans account where she managed to gain over 37,000 subscribers in the very first week.

After the two were recently spotted chilling out, Malu Trevejo took to her Instagram stories to clear the air on the matter. She slammed the haters saying, “All these salty a** mfs, I already said and would say it again any rapper tha hit to say itttt wwith prooffffff lmfaoaooa”, adding “No basketball no singer no nun my friend." She continued, “I could walk in a room full of mfs tha y'all say I f**ked and I'll ask them and they'll say nooooo lmfaoaooaaoa," In another story she concluded, "Y'all just salty is ok if u ain't got no haters u ain't popping."

Swae Lee had most recently shared a pic of the two where the Grammy-nominated artist was seen with his arm wrapped around her. He captioned the post as “Delicioso” along with a quirky emoticon. Trevejo returned the favor with a blushing emoticon in the comments.

Social media users did not hesitate at all to crucify Swae Lee for apparently dating Malu with such a huge age gap. One user stated, “Swae Lee is weird as fuck for being with malu trevejo.” Another shared, “#Malu needs to worry about her relationship before she worries about her haters.” One person added, “Bruh swae lee is 28 and malu trevejo is 18.” The next one tweeted, “Why is 28 year old Swae Lee dating 18 year old Malú Trevejo???
