On Thursday, February 10, the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum debuted its rendition of Zendaya, though many fans felt that the museum didn't do her credit with the finished piece. Zendaya's wax statue wears a fuchsia costume, resembling her appearance at the Humane Society of the United States' 'To the Rescue Gala' in 2016. Her hair is slicked back in a low bun, and she has one hand on her hip. Her face is additionally brightened.

"From cinema screens to tv screens, to buying a home in London, Zendaya is EVERYWHERE rn... and from Friday her figure will be at Madame Tussauds London too 💕" the London-based museum stated on their Instagram account, along with a video showing off the wax figure.

Meanwhile, most of the fans stated that the wax figure doesn't even resemble the actress from 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. "At first sight, I would agree that looks like Kylie Jenner on front the Forbes magazine page in Pink suit instead… " one user commented. "Gurl you have ICONIC looks from her and you put her on a Rupaul suit," the sentiment was shared by another person. "Love this... but out of all her iconic looks this is the one they choose???!!!" remarked one person, who had mixed views about the monument.

Twitter users also voiced their opinions on the subject after reading one message, "They not getting this Zendaya wax statue correct is another Black history month L. I don’t want to say it but why they got to make woman of color look angry or sassy? Even in a damn wax statue," ending with a #Zendaya.

The following was a tweet from another user: "Zendaya's Madame Tussauds Wax Figure Is Met With Mixed Reviews Because It Looks Like She's Smirking... Usually, these look realistic but Zendaya's statue missed the mark by a lot. She looks angry and it doesn't look like her. They should redo this statue!"

According to another tweet, "I get what you’re saying and I don’t think whoever made this is lazy or anything. But when i hear 'wax zendaya statue' I dont think its too much to ask to expect a 'wax zendaya statue.' It does and doesn’t look like her to the point where its uncanny; like a parody of herself."
