AMAs 2020: Machine Gun Kelly floors audience with ‘Bloody Valentine’, fans say he ‘absolutely killed it’
Apart from turning heads with his red carpet debut appearance with Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly also earned praises for his performance at the American Music Awards (AMAs) 2020. The 30-year-old American singer-songwriter brought renowned drummer Travis Barker for his AMAs 2020 show with an intention to completely own the stage.
Machine Gun Kelly, who recently dropped his album ‘Tickets to My Downfall,’ belted out two songs from the same project namely, ‘Bloody Valentine’ and ‘My Ex's Best Friend.’ Interestingly, Megan Fox and Kelly also starred together in the music video of ‘Bloody Valentine.’ The musician looked dapper in his all-white attire as he floored the audience with his pop-punk songs.
The Internet was also quick to react to his performance where the majority of them gave thumbs up to his set. One user posted, “Machine Gun Kelly has gone full pop punk and I'm slightly here for it? his commitment to crossing back over gets a B #AMAs” One individual said, “Yo, @machinegunkelly & @travisbarker absolutely killed it. I am so excited to hear this album in person. #AMAs” Another one added, “this is what we call a performance, opening act should take notes.” One user said, “Ok , I’m not mad at the Machine Gun Kelly medley performance. I didn’t know he could rock it out like that. #AMAs #machinegunkelly”One added, “Literally every other performer at the AMA's could have e gone a minute shorter just so Colson could have more stage time Him and Travis were so awesome.”
