'Love Island Games' star Aurelia Lamprecht has faced bodyshaming online

On September 7, 2022, the 'Love Island Games' star put up a post on Instagram that revolved around body-shaming. Then, she penned a lengthy caption discussing how she received death threats online.

When translated into English, the caption read, "TW⚠️ This was one of the worst news I've ever received. If someone would have told me two years ago that I’d get death threats or that I’d be offended because of my body, I’d have thought it was a bad joke."

She went on to say, "Before I was a public figure, I never cared about my body, I always loved myself for who I was and I never thought it was possible that there could be people who would just hate me for no reason. But they do exist."

The reality TV star added, "This fact hasn't stuck in my head for a very long time because I couldn't understand that a stranger could hate you for no reason. Today I know that it is the self projection of the person himself. Thank God it all shaped me so positive instead of negative."

She continued, "At some point I started turning all this hate and negativity into something good for me. One should never fight hate with hate, but with love. Because love is stronger, everything else. ❤️."
