'Love After Lockup': Lindsey meets daughter through glass door due to Covid-19, fans say she seems 'insincere'

'Lindsey you ain't seen your daughter in years and you not gonna hug her? A screen door and Covid-19 could not have kept me away #LoveAfterLockup,' a fan commented

Scott and Lindsey's relationship has been nothing short of tumultuous. Even though they started off on a great note, their equation spiraled out of control once Lindsey got out of the prison and arrived at the house, which she thought would be done by the time she moves in with her daughter.

Lindsey has always dreamt of having a house with Scott and had even shared magazine cutouts, explaining the kind of decor and fixtures she wanted in it. However, when she finally walked into the house, it was in quite a bad shape. A few areas were done. Most were under construction with tools and paints strewn around the floor.

She broke down and asked Scott not to touch her when he tried to calm her down. This was after Lindsey went missing in action for a few days and Scott wasn't able to connect with her on prison phone. He was worried sick about her. The day she was supposed to land, he went to the airport in a limousine, with flowers and a full meal that was worth a thousand dollars. Scott ended up eating it with the driver of the car because Lindsey didn't show up. Clearly, there's love involved. He wants to be there for her but maybe that's not coming across.

In this week's episode of 'Love After Lockup,' we see him plan for a special surprise. He arranges for Lindsey to see her daughter, albeit through a glass door because of the COVID-19-induced social distancing rules. The moment was sweet and heartwarming. They chatted about her hair, height, and Lindsey's ankle monitor and more but fans feel it was irresponsible of Lindsey to not think of her daughter before committing crimes.

"Lindsey seems a little insincere w/her daughter. It might be the cams tho #LoveAfterLockup," a user commented, while another shared: "I hope Lindsey does better for her daughter. That little girl loves her so much. #LoveAfterLockup."

"Seems like Lindsey bratty attitude hasn’t changed hope she stays tf outta prison for her daughter’s sake. #LoveAfterLockup," a fan commented. "Lindsey you ain't seen your daughter in years and you not gonna hug her? A screen door and covid could not have kept me away #LoveAfterLockup," another posted.
