The much-awaited showdown between 15-time champion Floyd Mayweather and the popular YouTuber Logan Paul finally went down on Sunday, June 6, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. The face-off, which was first supposed to happen in February 2021 but got pushed due to Covid-19 pandemic, kept social media users on their toes for various reasons.

From servers getting crashed in the beginning to how the stadium was almost empty during the match, social media users discussed everything under the sun. What also caught their attention between the match of Mayweather and Paul was rapper Fat Joe. To be specific, the internet trolled the hip-hop icon over the absurd shape of his beard. The meme fest started as soon as Fat Joe was spotted in the audience along with stars such as Paul Pierce, Ryan Garcia, Antonio Brown, Terrell Owens, Michael Irvin, Evander Holyfield and Matt Barnes.

Fat Joe gets trolled over beard shape

The iconic hip-hop artist looked dapper in a casual avatar but his beard caught the interest of trolls. For the unversed, Fat Joe has been rocking the same style for the last few years. Speaking of the match, no winner was announced as per the pre-decided rules. However, many questioned the authenticity of the event as Paul lasted for eight rounds without getting knocked out.

The match kicked off at 8 pm ET and 5 pm PT, with live-streaming on Showtime PPV, Sky Sports Box Office and Fanmio. The fight was pay-per-view, so fans could live stream the same with ticket prices ranging between $24.99 and $69.99. Mayweather had earlier revealed that the fight had already secured him a whopping $30M simply from the build-up from fans across the world.

As soon as Fat Joe was spotted during the match, a lot of social media users brutally trolled the rapper.
