‘Little Mix: LM5 – The Tour Film’: Release date, plot and all the buzz around ‘X Factor’ winners’ 1st concert film
British girl group Little Mix, who first shot to fame after winning the eighth season of the British version of ‘The X Factor,’ is now all set to release their first-ever concert film. The tour film has been titled as ‘Little Mix: LM5 – The Tour Film.’
The official Twitter account of the girl squad announced the big news with their fans. They shared the official poster of the upcoming film and captioned it as, “We're coming to a screen near you! LM5: The Tour Film will be in cinemas on 21st and 22nd November. Tickets go on sale NEXT Thursday http://littlemixtourfilm.com #LittleMixTourFilm”

The British girl group consists of four members Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall who are currently seen on the BBC music reality show ‘Little Mix: The Search’ and they are also currently prepping for the release of their sixth studio album, ‘Confetti.’ Following the release of their fifth album titled ‘LM5,’ the tour began in September in Madrid, Spain and concluded in November in London, England.
Release date and Plot
‘LM5: The Tour Film’ will hit the cinemas worldwide on November 21 and November 22, 2020, respectively. According to the official website of the girl group, the upcoming film was recorded at the final show of the tour at London’s iconic 02 Arena.
Talking about the tour in an official statement, Perrie Edwards had earlier said, “Performing live is our absolute favorite thing to do, our LM5 Tour was absolutely amazing and we are so proud of it.” Speaking on the same lines, Leigh-Anne added, “We enjoyed every second of the LM5 Tour and hope you all love this specially filmed performance capturing all the magic of that show.”
The tickets go on sale from October 15, 2020.

According to the official website of the British group, they performed 19 songs including their hits such as ‘Shout Out to My Ex, ‘Woman Like Me,’ ‘Wings’ and ‘Touch’ to a crowd of over 15,000. The tour also featured guest appearances from London legend Stormzy on the song ‘Power’ and Kamille on ‘More Than Words.’

Cast and Creators
The concert film will revolve around the performance of four members from their much-acclaimed tour. The tour film has been helmed by Laurence Warder. Since their debut, Little Mix has sold just under 60 million records worldwide which allowed them to reserve a spot in the top 5 best-selling girl groups of all time.
Perrie Edwards
Her first audition in the ‘The X Factor’ was ‘You Oughta Know’ by Alanis Morissette. Apart from the group, the 27-year-old crooner is also known as the former gal-pal of singer Zayn Malik whom she dated for a very brief period of time.
Jesy Nelson
Jesy’s very first performance at the reality show was ‘Bust Your Windows’ by Jazmine Sullivan. The 29-year-old singer-songwriter also presented a BBC Three documentary based on her personal experiences with body image and online bullying titled ‘Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out.’ Interestingly, the documentary won the Factual Entertainment Award at the 25th National Television Awards.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock
Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s first audition on ‘The X Factor’ was ‘Only Girl (In the World)’ by Rihanna. Apart from music, Leigh-Anne Pinnock has also been in news earlier for dating footballer Andre Gray.
Jade Thirlwall
Jade Thirwall had first auditioned on ‘The X Factor’ in 2008, but could not go further than boot camp but she again came back in 2011, performing the song ‘I Want to Hold Your Hand’ by The Beatles. Thirlwall is also known for being a prominent supporter of the LGBT community.
