SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband Michael Lockwood has taken Elvis' only child back to court just a few weeks after they came to a child support agreement. Lockwood and his attorneys are forcing Presley to testify in court once more, said a report.

RadarOnline reported that Lockwood wants her to pay the accountant and attorney fees. Presley will "testify to her ability to pay [Michael's] attorney fees and costs, and forensic accountant and costs," according to Lockwood. Lockwood and Presley were married from 2006 till 2016. They have two children, Harper and Finely, twins who are 14 years old. The two agreed to a prenuptial contract before getting married, which prevented Lockwood from seeking spousal support.

Presley and Lockwood were scheduled to square off in a December trial but they came to an agreement to avert an ugly public argument. Presley had been under pressure from Lockwood, a self-described struggling musician, to pay child support for their twins, Harper and Finley. While Presley enjoyed the good life in a Malibu mansion, he claimed to be barely making ends meet. Presley's own financial difficulties had prevented her from making child support payments for years. She reportedly sued her former business manager, alleging that he had squandered her money from her Elvis fortune. He refuted the charges and said that her problems were the result of her excessive spending.

However, following Presley's lucrative book agreement and the publication of the Elvis biography last year, Lockwood sought the court's assistance. According to him, Presley also had control over a $65 million trust that her father had established. In court documents, his lawyer wrote, “Presley has significant income for purposes of a child support calculation, due to continuing and recurring distributions Presley receives from her trust(s) and from the significant assets including her family business," his lawyer wrote. "Presley’s father was Elvis Presley, a world-famous entertainer and one of the most successful people in show business history. Presley is Elvis’ sole heir and as such is an owner of Graceland and interests in Elvis’ recordings, songs, merchandise rights, and life story rights."

In order to end the legal dispute, Presley consented to pay Lockwood $6,000 every month, as per RadarOnline.com. However, the language of the agreement is the current point of contention between his lawyers. Presley filed her financial paperwork earlier this week, revealing that she earns $4,361 per month before taxes from her work at Graceland. She contends that the additional $95,000 she receives from the Elvis estate is an advance that can be used against future profits. In her declaration, Presley cited $714k in stocks, $95k in cash and checking accounts, and a negative $3 million valuation for her total real and personal property.

In addition to $23,500 in rent, $3,500 in medical expenses, $5,500 in food expenses, $3,500 in dining out costs, and an additional $2,520 in utilities, Presley spends $92,000 every month on expenses. The ex-couples' attorneys are due to appear in court on November 5.
