'Leave her alone': Lily-Rose Depp HARASSED online for not publicly supporting her dad amid trial
The defamation case involving Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has dominated the Internet. While some individuals are quick to voice their opinions on the couple's legal struggle, Lily-Rose Depp, the actor's daughter with his ex-wife Vanessa Paradis, has remained silent on social media ever since the trial began on April 11. Fans of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor rushed to Lily-Rose's Instagram page on April 9 to urge that she speak out about her father's legal battle.
"Why aren't you helping your dad" one individual commented on Lily-Rose Depp's Instagram image. "Only reason she's famous it's bc of her dad and she posts absolutely nothing about him and how amber heard is destroying his career, but she have blm on her stupid profile," another user said. "Please help your father!!!!" said another message. Lily-Rose's admirers were eager to protect the French-born beauty after learning of the cruel comments.
"For Lily Rose Depp to not support Johnny during this trial is saying a whole lot," wrote another user who slammed her for "refusing" to support her father.

After the 22-year-old was harassed, one individual wrote, "She doesn't owe you ANYTHING and she doesn't need to do ANYTHING… stop harassing her." Another person advised Lily-Rose to "ignore the hate" remarks. "We know you support your dad, not everything has to be so public," another added, while another added, "Johnny would not want you all attacking his daughter. Leave her alone. She has done nothing to deserve yall attacking her. Be better humans!"
“If they truly supported Johnny they wouldn’t harass his DAUGHTER but no they just want an excuse to be misogynistic,” one social media user wrote, while another wrote, “Lily-Rose Depp is nortiously [sic] known for keeping her private life private and people should respect that … She doesn’t owe anyone anything so leave her alone.”

He & his team chose who to call in this trial. If you paid any attention at all you know he did this to protect his children so he would never dream of calling her to the stand.
Despite the fact that Lily-Rose has yet to officially comment on Johnny and Amber's ongoing defamation case, she earlier expressed her support for the "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" actor in an Instagram post. Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, for a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which she described herself as a victim of sexual violence. Depp believes the piece ruined his reputation and career, despite the fact that the "Aquaman" actress didn't mention him by name in the article.
