Rapper Lil Nas X, who first shot to fame with his country rap single ‘Old Town Road,’ is bringing something special for his fans this Friday, November 13. Taking to his official Twitter account, the 21-year-old award-winning rapper shared the big news with his 5.3 million followers on the site where he posted a teaser of his upcoming single along with the caption, “MY FIRST SINGLE IN ALMOST 2 YEARS 'HOLIDAY' IS OUT THIS FRIDAY!”

According to Pitchfork, the teaser video of ‘Holiday’ was first aired during an NFL game between the New Orleans Saints and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before hitting the Internet. The 49-second teaser shows Lil Nas X dressed as a cowboy turning into a new Santa Claus as the old Santa gets kicked out. We also see his horse turning into a reindeer and transforming with a futuristic sledge.

The rapper transforms into Santa after wearing the red hat which reads, “Santa Nas X - You are the new Santa.” However, the interesting part of the entire teaser is when the camera cuts to ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy star Michael J Fox sitting in the corner mouthing his dialogue to Nas X, “Whatever you do Nas, don’t go to 2020.”  

The world of Twitter was quick to react to Fox’s cameo in the teaser. One user said, “I saw Michael J Fox trending and thought he died... he’s just in @LilNasX new video and I couldn’t be more relieved cause you know 2020.”

Another expressed, “I appreciate that Michael J Fox cameo in that Lil Nas X commercial.... had some back to the future vibes. He said whatever you do Lil Nas X don’t go to the year 2020.”  One elated user shared, “Michael j Fox eeeeekkkk. That cameo made me so happy.” Another asked, “WHY IS MICHAEL J FOX IN THIS FOR NO REASON” One individual tweeted, “DO NOT MAKE 'michael j fox' trend in all caps ever again, I thought my mans died.”

Looking at the reactions, we would like to clarify that Fox is very much alive and is doing well. Speaking of Lil Nas X, his songs ‘Old Town Road’ and ‘Panini’ are two of his biggest hits till date and both were included on his breakout ‘7’ EP.

His ‘Old Town Road’ remix with Billy Ray Cyrus even won the Grammy this year for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. If we talk about his new work, the rapper said in July that his album is "almost finished" while revealing that he has an additional mixtape project in the works.
