The women of 'Belle Collective' are moving up, calling shots and dealing with family drama in the first look video released by the network. The video features the show’s five Black female entrepreneurs at work, at play, and at home in Jackson, Mississippi. Lateshia Pearson, CEO of the National Women’s Brunch Organization, caught our eyes, stating that she’s buying up property and revitalizing part of Jackson.

Now the Internet wants to know everything about this sassy independent woman. 'Belle Collective' will premiere on OWN on Friday, January 15, at 10 pm ET/PT.

While Pearson's career is apparently booming, in the show's preview, she admits having problems at home. “I have a husband. We’ve been through infidelity,” she says. Moments later, Lateshia is shown yelling at her husband about helping around the house. “What’s wrong with you putting on an apron while I’m trying to get this up off the ground for us,” she says as her husband walks away.

Pearson gained major acclaim and public notoriety as a force of empowerment, inspiration and encouragement for others to start a business, practice self-care and to gain control over their own mind.

“I enjoy helping others become the best version of themselves and to assist them in creating a healthy lifestyle that they have envisioned. I know exactly what it feels like when you are simply existing, and not living," she said in her website portfolio.

Her coaching, brunches, and mindset methods have proven to produce efficient, positive and life-lasting results. Outside of being a mother, a wife and a full-time entrepreneur, Pearson says “one of the best things that happened is having the faith to step outside of my comfort zone in order to become a better version of  in myself to inspire others.”

In an interview with HerStory, while talking about the motivation behind Women Brunch Mississippi, she said, " After attending a Business Brunch in Georgia and witnessing those women working together, sharing ideas, and collaborating, I was so inspired. I didn’t care what the stigmas were, I knew we needed this in Mississippi. I decided to do an event called Mingling over Mimosas Business Brunch."

"It was open to male and female entrepreneurs in the state. I had it in Pearl, Mississippi. We planned for only 80 people and we had over 100 to attend. I was so excited and felt so empowered. I knew then that people really needed this. After that things started happening and God gave me a vision and the name Women Brunch Mississippi."
