'I Love A Mama's Boy' fans call Laila 'demon lady' after she calls Emily a 'pig'

Season 1 of 'I Love A Mama's Boy' ended on a very unsavory note for Shekeb, as his mother Laila and girlfriend Emily, got into a very ugly fight over him thinking of moving in with Emily. The fight ended with Laila calling Emily a 'pig' following which Emily dumped Shekeb. 

Fans were beyond happy for Emily as she removed herself from the toxic relationship with Shekeb and his emotionally abusive mother Laila. But it looks like Emily and Shekeb are back together and managed to work through their issues during their time apart from each other. Season 2 of TLC's hit show kicked off with Shekeb deciding to surprise his mother by bringing Emily home and informing her that they got back together. As expected things didn't go down very well. Tears were shed, fingers pointed, accusations thrown at each other, Shekeb's big surprise ended with Emily once again storming out in tears.

When Shekeb surprised his mother with the big news, she was completely taken aback. In her green room interview, Laila admitted how she wasn't very fond of Emily, as she felt that her son's girlfriend was nothing but trouble. But Laila decided to put her feelings aside, and declared that she would make an effort to get to know Emily better as her son was in love with her. Just as everybody was heaving a sigh of relief at this unexpected development, Emily once again rattled the peace by demanding Laila to apologize to her for calling her 'pig'.

Emily felt that Laila should have reached out and apologized for the hurtful things she said during their fight. But Laila stood her ground and refused to apologize and declared that Emily's obsession with bringing up the past always resulted in trouble. Like a true mama's boy Shekeb agreed with his mother and felt that Emily had a lot of 'bottled up emotions' and that she should just move on instead of dwelling in the past.

Laila's refusal to apologize coupled with Shekeb's lack of support once again triggered Emily. She broke down and began crying pointing out how she felt disrespected by Laila before storming out. Fans too were upset watching how things panned out between the trio. Several fans slammed Laila for her behavior. A fan tweeted, "Did Miss Laila actually have the gall to say that Emily was whining and complaining?!! If this ain't the pot calling the kettle black it amazes me how you can talk so much crap about somebody about the same thing you do #ILoveAMamasBoy." Another fan wrote, "Wait, now Laila doesn’t want Emily to cry? You called her a pig Laila? You’re a demon lady! #iloveamamasboy." "Laila don’t give a f*ck about what she said. Between her evil a** and Shekeb gaslighting, Emily better run. #ILoveAMamasBoy." advised a fan.

"I was so happy Emily broke up with Shekeb but she went back. Laila is literally evil #iloveamamasboy," commented a fan. Fans also felt that Emily deserved an apology from Laila. "Laila is dead wrong for not apologizing. If you call me a pig that will never be the past. I will bring that up every single time I see you. #iloveamamasboy," expressed a fan. Another fan echoed similar thoughts with, "Laila is not going to apologize. Emily, I know you deserve one but she wont apologize. #ILOVEAMAMASBOY."

'I Love A Mama's Boy' Season 2 airs every Sunday at 10/9c on TLC.
