Wizkid drops 'More Love, Less Ego', fans say the masterstroke album 'puts you on a trance'

Wizkid, a Nigerian pop singer who has become a sensation, has dropped his new album and people are in absolute awe of it. 'More Love, Less Ego' is his fifth studio album with 13 songs in total. The original release date of the highly-anticipated album was November 4, but Wizkid decided to move it up to November 11 following the death of his colleague's son. Now that the album is out, Wizkid's fans are calling him the 'King of Afrobeats' once again.

The 32-year-old singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, was first called the 'King of Afrobeats' after his 2020 single 'Essence' became a worldwide banger which was also remixed by Justin Beiber. The album includes 'Money & Love', 'Balance', 'Everyday', 'Bad To Me', 'Sugar', 'Deep', 'Flower Pads', 'Pressure', 'Plenty Loving' and 'Frames (Who’s Gonna Know)'. Other artists featured in the album are Ayra Starr, Skillibeng, Shensea, Naira Marley, Skepta, and Don Toliver. 'More Love, Less Ego' album comes after Wizkid's critically and commercially successful album 'Made in Lagos' which was nominated for Grammies and certified gold by the RIAA. The singer has infused elements of funky jazz and R&B into the iconic sound of Afropop to deliver yet another striking product that is a treat for his fans.
