Who is Deandre Williams? Stalker subdued as he tries to break into Kim Kardashian's $60M mansion
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian's Hidden Hills mansion was almost broken into by an intruder who fought with security outside the $60M home. The near break-in took place on Saturday, October 15, TMZ reported. The suspect has been identified as three-time stalking offender Deandre Williams, who was arrested by police around 11 am.
Williams was intercepted by security only a few feet away from Kardashian's residence. A tussle ensued between Williams and the gated community's security, and he was eventually subdued. Not much has been revealed about Williams except that he had an infatuation with the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' alum, and was previously caught on the community's surveillance video. He has now been charged with trespassing and battery charges. Neither Kardashian was at home at the time of the incident nor was her children, whom she shares with rapper Kanye West.

In a similar incident last year, a man invaded Kardashian's home claiming she was his wife. The 24-year-old reportedly crashed through the front door of her home following which security managed to stop him. Kardashian and Kanye's home was also broken into in 2017 when burglars targeted their Bel Air mansion. Three of their luxury cars were ransacked during the incident. The burglar also reportedly targeted the couple's neighbor, Kathy Griffin. This incident came almost a year after she was robbed in Paris.
Meanwhile, Kardashian had a restraining order granted earlier this month after a man said he would break into her home and kiss her if she kept ignoring him. Legal documents obtained by The Blast revealed that Kardashian asked a judge to order the unnamed man, 32, to stay away from her and her family after they were harassed by him for months.
"I do not know how long (he) has been stalking me or attempting to come to my home, but I have no relationship with him and have never met or communicated with him," Kim allegedly said in her restraining order request, according to the publication. She added: "I have no desire to communicate with him or meet him. There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to be contacting me or coming to my home."
Kardashian said the man had been sharing disturbing posts on social media. He allegedly said in one post that "he is going to get inside (my) house to 'kiss' me and will 'enter (my) house sooner than expected' if I keep ignoring him." The star's lawyers later found that the man has a criminal record with a long list of violent cases.
