IS IT GETTING SERIOUS? Kim Kardashian meets Pete Davidson’s grandparents
Kim Kardashian's relationship with Pete Davidson, which began in October 2021, has been getting more serious. The 'SKIMS' founder has reportedly been introduced to Davidson's grandparents while the 'SNL' star was filming a movie in Staten Island, New York.
TMZ reported, "We're told Pete was there working on a movie - so Kim came to check things out and the production happened to be close to Pete's grandparents' home on Staten Island." The publication shared that the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star stopped by Davidson's family "to spend some time" with them. It was also reported that Davidson has yet to meet Kardashian's children, out of respect for her estranged ex-husband, Kanye West.

Kanye has been open about his disdain for Davidson and has been criticizing him on social media since the comedian started dating Kim. The rapper went so far as to post threatening messages about Davidson, saying he wanted to "beat his a**" and even accused the comedian of attempting to "destroy" his family. The rapper was recently pulled from the Grammys lineup after his online attacks on Kim, Pete and Trevor Noah.
According to Page Six, Kanye admitted that he was "going away to get help." A source close to the Kardashian family told the publication: "For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he's not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better." However, it is unclear if "away" is a reference to a specific treatment facility.
Meanwhile, the 'Saturday Night Live' star has been spending time with several people in Kim's family, including Kris Jenner, Kim's sisters and Scott Disick, the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s kids. Kim's sister, Khloe Kardashian posted a picture of pink roses to her Instagram story on Valentine's Day with the caption, "The sweetest! Thank you Pete" after the 'SNL' star sent her a flower arrangement on the love holiday.
Disick has also shared a video of Davidson driving the Moke car, Jenner had gifted Kim for Christmas on Sunday, April 3. Last month, Davidson's mom has also shown her approval for Kim, which was evident in an Instagram reply, where Amy Davidson mused "Yayyyy" while responding to a follower who wrote that Kim "will be pregnant with his child by the end of the year."
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson first sparked romance rumors after the reality TV star appeared on 'SNL' in October 2021. The comedian was first spotted with Kim at Knott's Scary Farm on Halloween weekend. The two were photographed holding hands while riding a rollercoaster, but insiders at the time called the outing "friendly". The reality TV star's romance with Davidson comes after she filed for divorce from estranged husband Kanye West in February 2021.
