Keanu Reeves' love life gets thumbs up from fans for 'age-appropriate' relationship with Alexandra Grant
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Keanu Reeves has once again won hearts! Reeves, 58, attended the Museum of Contemporary Art Gala in Los Angeles with Alexandra Grant, a visual artist, on Saturday, April 15, when cameras captured the happy pair kissing on the red carpet.
The couple originally made their love public in 2019. However, they have been very low-key since then, with Reeves only infrequently acknowledging their romance in interviews and in talk show appearances.

Fans lauded the actor for dating someone 'age suitable' with 50-year-old Grant, defying the precedent set by many other Hollywood A-listers, like Leonardo DiCaprio, 48, who is infamous for serial dating women in their early to mid twenties.

Nevertheless, there were comments by others who thought the current skew should say more about the Hollywood dating culture where older celebs paired up with individuals far younger than them. One person said: "I find it very telling how people freaked out and praised Keanu Reeves for dating a woman HIS AGE as if that’s not the normal and appropriate thing to do. We are so used to men being attracted to women border-lining teenagers in age, it’s f***ing sick."
A hush-hush affair
While Reeves usually keeps his personal life secret, he couldn't help but gush over Grant in a recent People interview when asked to describe his most recent "blissful" experience. He said, "A couple of days ago with my honey." He continued, "we were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together."
Just when fans thought he couldn't get any better, eh? Reeves went on to tell the magazine about his life, including the last time he saw a sunset. "I was recently traveling in Japan and had some wonderful jet lag and got to see the sun rising in Kyoto," he said. "Those are always cool. You have to stop, like, 'Aren't we glad to be here?'"
