Kate Middleton praised for her 'grace' despite 'narcissist' Meghan Markle's attacks
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a history of never holding back from being frank and direct, while being fully aware that doing so would create global headlines. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle previously startled the nation when they declared their intention to leave the royal family, and later their "bombshell" Oprah Winfrey interview created waves.
Markle uncovered a new set of revelations about her life as a royal for a cover story for The Cut, the women's section of New York Magazine. The profile for the Fall edition of the magazine was written by Allison P Davis. In the profile which has created news, Meghan talked about her and Harry's choice to leave the royal family in the interview, as well as her ongoing duties as a public figure. The internet was once again inflamed by Markle's disclosures and her ideas about leaving the royal family. A few internet users believe the former actress has demeaned the royal family again, with many contrasting her with Kate Middleton who has maintained her poise during the conflict.

Markle in the profile acknowledged that girls continue to regard her as a "real life princess" in her interview with Davis. "It's important to be thoughtful about it because even with the Oprah interview, I was conscious of the fact that there are little girls that I meet and they're just like, 'Oh my God, it's a real-life princess,'" she added.
The duchess continued: "I just look at all of them and think, you have the power within you to create a life greater than any fairy tale you've ever read. I don't mean that in terms of 'You could marry a prince one day.' I mean you can find love. You can find happiness. You can be up against what could feel like the greatest obstacle and then you can find happiness again." The objectives Markle has for herself (and the young girls who look up to her) go beyond simply marrying into a position, according to Davis.
