If you have been missing a full-fledged album from Karol G then you are in for a piece of good news as the Columbian pop star has announced her third album. To everyone’s surprise, the 30-year-old reggaeton and Latin trap artist took to her official Instagram account and shared the big news with her close to 38 million followers. Karol G has named her new album ‘KG0516.’

The award-winning singer, who is known for her hit singles like ‘Tusa’, China’ and ‘Bichota’, had earlier dropped two full-fledged projects namely ‘Unstoppable’ in 2017 and ‘Ocean in 2019. It has almost been two years when we will see a brand new project from the singer-songwriter. However, to stay in touch with her fans, she had dropped a few singles in 2020.

Karol G’s new record ‘KG0516’ will hit the Internet on March 25 at 8 pm EST.

Concept

Taking to her Instagram, the international singer first dropped the news about her new album on her Instagram stories where she shared a text image that read, “New Album Alert” along with the teaser attached to it. The official video teaser of the album sees Karol G in a fancy private jet where she is decked up as an air hostess. She can also be seen serving two rich Black individuals on the plane. The Grammy-winning artist then hits the cockpit as she interacts with the pilots before the private flight jets away into space.

Since Karol G most recently announced ‘KG0516’, she is yet to share the official tracklist of the album. MEAWW will keep you posted on the same.
