Josh Duggar and wife Anna argue over moving home near prison in Texas as he believes he'll be free soon
SEAGOVILLE, TEXAS: Sex offender Josh Duggar and his wife, Anna, are at odds at the moment, claims The Ashley's Reality Round Up. Josh has been sentenced to prison for 151 months ie, 12 years with a fine rounding up to $50,000 for possession of child pornography on May 25 this year.
However, the portal reveals that the duo has gone days without talking over a dispute regarding Anna moving to Texas with their children. On the other hand, Josh seems to not agree with his wife as he believes he will be let out soon. “Josh and Anna had a dispute on the phone and Josh went two days without talking to her, which is big because he calls every day," claimed an insider as reported by The Ashley's Reality Round Up.

Meanwhile, Josh has already filed an appeal for the case. “He thinks he is going to beat his appeal and feels his wife’s move is unnecessary. He tends to think they are going to reverse his case," stated the source. However, the insider then explained, “An inmate with a sex offender charge doesn’t [get email privileges]. An inmate with a sex charge must prove himself with no trouble and time under his belt. Josh applied to the warden for email [privileges], but was quickly denied.” Josh has access to 500 minutes of calling as per his charge but is denied email access.
The source also added that Anna seemed “tired, broken and worn out” during her visits with Josh. “His actions appear to have really affected her,” the insider said. However, the insider according to the outlet revealed, “She sent him the book Draw Close: A Devotional for Couples." It was also revealed that Anna reportedly also sent Josh the book 'Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires, The Respect He Desperately Needs' by Dr Emerson Eggerich. However, the couple has seven children.
According to The Sun, the court docket of Josh's case simply reads, "Appellant brief of Mr. Joshua James Duggar submitted for review. The time for filing the subsequent brief (if any) does not begin to run until the brief has been approved and filed."
As previously reported by MEAWW, during the sentencing, Judge Brooks, in front of Duggar's wife Anna, said, "The images were some of the worst that this court has ever encountered." Meanwhile, Duggar's attorney Justin K Gelfand said, "We're grateful the judge dismissed Count 2 and rejected the Government's request for a 240-month sentence. We look forward to continuing the fight on appeal." The '19 Kids and Counting' star was found guilty of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography in December 2021. He will also remain under supervision for 20 more years after his release and is not allowed unsupervised access to children, including his own.
