DISGRACED Josh Duggar faces ban on porn and solo visits with kids after 12-year sentence ends
TLC reality star Josh Duggar is far from being a free man. He has to serve his 12 and a half year sentence behind bars after he was found guilty on two felony counts related to possessing child pornography. Duggar also has a severly strict probation after release that will continue for an additional 20 years. He will be forbidden from watching any kind of porn and the visits with his kids will also be supervised.
TMZ also reported that he is banned from using the internet until he receives permission from his probation officer. The paperwork states that Duggar cannot have any solo contact with minors. This includes his seven children too.

Josh Duggar's 12-year jail sentence slammed for downloading 'worst of the worst' child pornography
Daughter Mackynzie, 12, son Michael, 10, son Marcus, 8, daughter Meredith, 6, son Mason, 4, daughter Maryella, 3, and daughter Madyson, 6 month, are the seven kids he shares with his 33-year-old wife Anna Duggar. The only time Josh will be allowed to see his children is during supervised visits with his wife or parents, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, or an adult approved by the court, present to monitor him.
It was also noted that the registered sex offender will have to adhere to several other additional mandates, including attending sex therapy and submitting to lie detector and drug tests, whenever asked.
In December 2021, following a six-day trial in his home state of Arkansas, Josh was found guilty of receiving and possessing child sex abuse graphics. The charges of possession were dropped on May 25 but he received a sentence of 151 months only instead of the initial 20-years maximum sentence. However, his legal team still plans to appeal. Court documents revealed that the judge required Josh Duggar to be held in the designated facility in Texas as long as there is “bedspace available.” The convicted felon will be enrolled in the prison's sex offender treatment program and will be required to register as a sex offender after his release.
Josh Duggar should be 'locked up', says Internet
The Internet has not taken kindly to Duggar's sentence with many openly disappointed with the 'light' sentence. One Twitter user said, "My sincerest hope is that Josh Duggar never knows a single day of peace and that his peers in prison know exactly what he did, and treat him accordingly." Another angry user wrote, "'Innocent' folks don’t partition hard drives, use TOR and download CSA videos in the first place. Every download continues to victimize the children over and over. Josh Duggar should never have contact with children ever again. PERIOD."
Federal authorities claimed that Josh had installed a password-protected partition in the hard drive of his workplace computer to avoid its pornography-detecting software. Meanwhile, his wife Anna, prior to sentencing, had pleaded with the judge in an emotional letter for leniency. "My children and I rely on Joshua for financial, emotional, and physical support. Many others depend on Joshua, too," she wrote. She also called Josh Duggar "an engaged dad" who was a "kind, loving, supportive, and caring father and husband."
