John Travolta shares sweet family moments from 'dearest' daughter Ella Bleu's 23rd birthday celebrations at Disney World
OCALA, FLORIDA: John Travolta shared a heartwarming video message on Instagram documenting his only daughter Ella Bleu's 23rd birthday celebrations at Disney World in Orlando. The clip shared on Monday, April 3, begins with Ella blowing out three candles placed on top of a tray of cupcakes. The sweet moment is followed up by a smiling Travolta walking with the birthday girl and son Ben, 12, around the theme park together as they enjoy the lit-up castle and a firework show at night.
"Here's a song for you on your birthday my dearest Ella! I love you with all my heart!! Your Dad!!" John captioned the clip which is soundtracked by a track from Henry Mancini's score for 'Breakfast At Tiffany's.' The 'Grease' actor shares Ella and her brother Ben with his late wife Kelly Preston who died at 57 in July 2020 following a breast cancer battle. The couple was also parents to son Jett before he died aged 16 in 2009 after suffering from a seizure. The 23-year-old is an aspiring actor as well as a singer. She has currently released two singles titled 'No thank you' and 'Dizzy.'

'Happiest place on earth!'
The birthday post received a ton of love in the comments section. "Guess I don’t need to say happy bday 'cause you’re already in the happiest place on earth!" joked Tommy Lee in the comments. "Her mother would be so proud. What a beautiful family," a top comment read. "Happy birthday Ella," supermodel Naomi Campbell wrote. "Happy Birthday Ella may your dreams and wishes bless you. Abundance beautiful lady," a fourth comment read.
Travolta on Ella's acting
Travolta is often seen speaking of his daughter in interviews as well as on his social media. In 2019, while appearing on 'The Talk', he discussed how he can't contain his pride while watching the 19-year-old actress work. "I am ridiculous. I'm behind the camera mouthing every word she says, doing her moves," John admitted, as per ET Online. "My wife, Kelly [Preston], gets hysterical watching me watch her because I just want it to go great."
He also praised her work in the 2009 flick 'Old Dogs'. "Poor Ella, she hadn't acted since the film with Robin [Williams], and they gave her the most complicated scene," Travolta said. "Four in the morning, she had to cry, hold a gun, consider all sorts of things, and she nailed it. And the crew gave her big applause because you wouldn't give it to anyone to do at that time. But I said, 'Well, she's on her own. She's got to deliver.' And she did."
'I don't interfere with that'
While appearing on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the superstar spoke about if his daughter was dating anyone at the time. "I don't interfere with that. And ya know, I'm saving her because she has two guys that she hangs out with. I don't ask anything about what they say or do with each other," he explained in 2016, as per ET Online.
