John Mayer and Kiernan Shipka seemed to be getting along well during their latest outing as they were clicked having a good time

It seems like Hollywood got a new couple in town after singer-songwriter John Mayer was papped with actress Kiernan Shipka in Los Angeles. The two were spotted on Thursday, February 10, on what is being assumed was a fun night out. Soon, the pictures of the two hugging each other surfaced on the Internet that quickly got the tongues wagging.
 
John and Shipka seemed to be getting along well during their latest outing as they were clicked having a good time at the Hollywood hotspot Tower Bar inside the Sunset Tower Hotel, as reported by Daily Mail. John, 44, however, got massively trolled on social media due to the big age difference with the actress best known for her role in ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’. Many on Twitter mocked John by saying that he was literally her father’s age whereas, others warned him to stay away from the 22-year-old actress.

John, who is currently not linked with anybody else, was seen hugging Kiernan as they stepped out of the venue after having a ball. The rumored new couple looked stunning in matching black outfits. It is also being reported that the two were at the bar for hours. John's has not commented on the latest buzz and Kiernan’s team has too not responded to the new rumors. MEAWW will keep you posted.
 
The singer in the past has dated the likes of Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, and Jennifer Love Hewitt among a few others. However, most recently, the crooner has been single. Kiernan, on the other hand, has been making news for her romantic involvement with filmmaker Christian Coppola for the last two years. The latter is related to ‘The Godfather’ director Francis Ford Coppola. It is not known whether the two are still together or not.

Social media users thronged to Twitter as soon as they got to know about the latest buzz surrounding John and Shipka. “John Mayer stay the f**k away from Kiernan Shipka or i swear to god this is gonna be my villain origin story”, said one furious user as another chimed in citing the age gap, “There’s a 22 year difference.” Another user shared, “She’s young enough to be his daughter.” Whereas, one posted, “He’s like 50 and she’s 22? wtf he’s so weird.”
 
The next one added, “The age gaps are only getting wider” as another posted, “Omg she’s too young to be messed with.” One individual asserted, “When will boys start dating girls their own age.” Meanwhile, another tweeted, “Bro that could be his daughter.” One added, “HES LITERALLY DOUBLE HER AGE” while also adding multiple emoticons of a vomiting face in the end. And, one user concluded, “He’s literally old enough to be her father.”
