Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spotted meeting contractors at their $64M new home in Pacific Palisades
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted meeting a group of contractors at their new home on Saturday, March 11. The power couple's long hunt for a home seems to have come to an end as they are said to have paid an astounding $64M for the Pacific Palisades estate.
While Affleck, 50, kept things casual in an orange flannel jacket, a black pullover and black trousers, Lopez, 53, went without her customary glitz in baggy blue cargo pants and an oversized white jumper. The A-list couple looked very intense as they walked around the expansive property.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's new home has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms
Lopez and Affleck reportedly had first decided to go for a nearby property worth $34.5M, but they dropped that plan before making their most recent purchase, as per The Daily Mail. There appeared to be lots of additional driveway space for cars in addition to the main house's three car garages on their new property.
The enormous 13,000sqft property has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a 3,000sqft guest house with two bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also has two studies, a video room, a sizable game room with access to the backyard, two playrooms, a sizeable kitchen and a family room.
New home close to James Packer's $60M property
The new house also has the benefit of being close to the Pacific Palisades mansion that Affleck and Garner lived in for nine years when they were married. The megastars have been residing in James Packer's oppulant $60M Beverly Hills property. Lopez's six-year-old, nine-bedroom Bel-Air French-style home, which she put on the market for $42.5M in February, has already found a buyer.
The property, owned by Gregory Milken, one of LA's richest people, and his wife EJ, was not even listed last week before Affleck and Lopez scooped it up. Milken, EJ and their five children resided in the house for more than 10 years. They paid $14.5M for it back in 2009. The house is now on the market for $64M. It is unknown if Lopez and Affleck, who have five children, will pay the full asking price for the house or negotiate a deal.
