Lucinda Williams and Jason Isbell reveal summer 2021 North American tour dates, here's the full itinerary
Both Lucinda Williams and Jason Isbell will be touring in support of their latest albums 'Good Souls Better Angels' and 'Reunions'
Americana music legends Lucinda Williams and Jason Isbell are well known throughout the United States for their intimate and illuminating brand of country/folk-rock. So fans will be doubly pleased to know that the talented duo is now going to be embarking on a joint North American tour together, kicking off in the summer of 2021.
It was recently announced that Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit would play a series of shows all over North America, from Canada to Texas, with Lucinda Williams slated to be the opening act. The 2021 tour kicks off on July 19 in Vancouver and will include stops across cities like Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and states like Kansas, Arkansas and Utah. Both these exemplary artists will be touring in support of their latest albums, which released in the last couple of months. Lucinda Williams recently released arguably her most intense and incendiary album yet, with 'Good Souls Better Angels' dropping on April 24. Meanwhile, Jason Isbell released his stellar seventh studio album, 'Reunions', along with his backing band the 400 Unit on May 15. Both albums have been critically acclaimed as musical gems, and fans will certainly be waiting to see their new music being performed live.
