The Internet has probably lost count of the number of times they have trolled Hollywood icon, Jared Leto, for his unusual taste in fashion. The 'Suicide Squad' star always manages to stand out in the crowd with his peculiar outfits and he pulled off the same stunt when he marked his attendance for the match between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 264 event on July 10 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman got heavily trolled as soon as he was spotted at the venue wearing an all-black outfit with well-gelled pulled-back hair teamed up with a cool pair of shades. However, it was the light blue neck scarf that grabbed everyone’s attention. The 49-year-old actor then quickly reserved a spot on the trending list as social media users mocked Leto's look mercilessly over the weekend.

Jared Leto’s love for unusual outfits

Jared Leto was seen entering the building with his team just before the main event. The Academy Award-winning actor carried the look with aplomb as he walked towards the main venue but social media users found the look quite funny. This is not the first time when Jared Leto got brutally trolled for his outfit. In February 2021, the ‘Requiem for a Dream’ star got decked up for the virtual ceremony of the Golden Globes 2021. He was spotted wearing a navy cable knit turtleneck, with his signature chest-length tousled hair. He shared the same picture on his Instagram where he was seen posing for the camera with his arms folded. He had captioned the post as, “Just because we’re doing the #GoldenGlobes from home this year doesn’t mean I couldn’t get all dressed up for the camera."

Speaking of the much-awaited face-off between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier, McGregor defeated Poirier at Featherweight back in 2014 and Poirier returned the favor earlier this year at UFC 267. Both fighters were looking forward to settling their scores but McGregor lost to Poirier as they faced each other in the main event of UFC 264 on July 10. He appeared to break his ankle at the end of the first round. The lightweight bout took place in front of a large crowd.
