Janet Jackson to drop new single 'Made For Now’ feat. Daddy Yankee this FRIDAY on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'

Janet's performance on the Tonight Show marks her first late-night TV performance in fourteen years.

It looks like the rumors are indeed true: Janet Jackson is back! The pop sensation is teaming up with Daddy Yankee on a new song 'Made For Now,' which is set to drop this Friday, August 17, as Jackson announced via Twitter on Sunday. "From my lips...#MadeForNow 8/17" Jackson tweeted.

Jackson will be making her comeback with the appropriate pomp that one would expect. According to NBC, Jackson will perform the track on the August 17 edition of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.' Daddy Yankee will also be accompanying Janet for the performance, which marks her first late-night TV performance in fourteen years. She last served as musical guest on 'Saturday Night Live' in 2004.
