Oscars have been the trending topic not just because of the winners but more significantly due to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock. When comedian Chris Rock made fun of Will Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s medical condition (Alopecia), Smith went on the stage and slapped him in front of every celebrity. The assault to defend his wife has been on debates globally and now, popular show host James Corden’s intervention has also caused a ruckus.

James Corden premiered his Oscars commentary on Monday's broadcast of his CBS late-night show. He began by talking with his staff, who were sitting around a table on stage. "James, we have to at least acknowledge [what happened]," one producer said before James Corden cut the convo by singing, "We don't talk about Jada, no, no, no," parodying the tune 'We Don't Talk About Bruno'.

In the verses, he musically highlighted Beyonce "crushing" her song and Timothee Chalamet "showing some skin," concluding, "Nothing could ever kill this feeling." "We don't talk about Jada, no, no, no," he says before returning to the chorus. Whether on purpose or not, the song finished with no applause. While many people took the parody offensively, a huge number of audiences did find the parody “brilliant”.

What happened between Will Smith and Chris Rock?

Will Smith and Chris Rock are good pals and the internet is buzzing with their feud. At the 94th Annual Academy Awards, Will Smith and comedian Chris Rock got into an altercation. The comedian made a joke about Smith's wife Jada when he approached the stage at the Oscars. "Jada, I love you, GI Jane 2, can't wait to watch it," he joked, referring to the actress' shaved head.

The camera moved to Jada after he made his remark, and she didn't seem pleased. As the actress is suffering from Alopecia, a condition where hair loss is major, the comment on her made Will Smith slap Rock on stage. After he came down to his seat, Smith said, "Leave my wife's name out of your f**king mouth." Many Alopecia patients thanked Will Smith for his defense, while certain celebrities found the assault highly inappropriate.

It is no wonder that many are hating the parody about Jada but surprisingly, some fans loved it. One user on Twitter wrote, “How come I didn't see this in my feed? James Corden is really brilliant. We don't talk about Jada.”

Another said, “James Corden: We don’t talk about Jada. 😂 ICONIC.” One user said, “This was the best! Watched it live and can't stop watching it on youtube. Guillermo is amazing. More duets please!!” Another user wrote, “This was the best, take a moment to listen and enjoy 😉.” One fan said, “They didn't talk but rather sang a song about Jada!🤣.”
