Ivanka Trump lounges with Jared Kushner at beach, takes children out for icecream in first pics from Miami life
Post-presidential life for the Trumps, or at least for Ivanka and Jared Kushner, seems to have gotten off to a peaceful start. The Daily Mail posted some exclusive images of the power couple who have made public appearances for the first time after leaving the White House. The former advisers of Donald Trump were pictured spending some time with their three children in their latest Miami neighborhood, where the family is leasing a condo that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The pictures hint the couple and the kids are settling down well into their new surroundings, while also making quite the fashion statement in their appearances. One of the photos saw the family relaxing at the beach where Ivanka and Jared were seen on lounge chairs while their kids played about. She was seen wearing a striped, sheer sundress while Jared was seen talking on his cell phone. Another batch of pictures saw the couple taking their kids for ice cream. The report said the children -- "Theodore, Joseph, and nine-year-old Arabella, appeared to be dressed in school uniforms with baby blue polo shirts and navy hoodies." Ivanka was seen wearing a baby blue sweater, a cream-colored skirt, and a pink mask. More photos showed Ivanka in a black ensemble and a baseball cap over her head as she went out for a run with her dog Winter. The security detail was in tow.

The price of the condo they're staying in is still unknown. Although, safe to say, it definitely isn't cheaper. Previously, we reported that the couple purchased a two-acre plot on the island for $31.8 million late last month from singer Julio Iglesias. Their temporary rented home is one of the 16 "oceanfront residences" in the Arte building in Miami's exclusive Surfside neighborhood. Their new residence is only a five-minute drive from Indian Creek Island and is one of the reasons why Ivanka and Kushner have chosen Arte.
The other reason is one of Arte's developers is Alex Sapir, whose organization teamed up with Donald Trump's firm to build the Trump Soho condo-hotel in New York City in 2008. According to the condo complex website, Arte "embraces its privileged setting in Surfside, an exclusive seaside enclave celebrated for its historic architecture and wide, tranquil beaches". A couple of weeks ago, trucks and packers were seen at their Washington DC home. Their former house is in search of new tenants and is available for lease for $18,000 a month. In related news, Page Six reported last week that Tiffany was keen on buying a condo or a house in Miami's South Beach that is known for its exuberant nightlife. Although she has been reportedly staying in the same area for a while now with her boyfriend, Michael Boulos, she's looking for properties with him.
