The Trump family continues to make headlines even after leaving the White House. Ivanka Trump was the point of discussion as Thursday saw packers loading up trucks outside her and Jared Kushner's Washington residence. It appeared the couple was moving for their relocation to Miami. There was no sign of the duo though as the team was hard at work carrying boxes and furniture out of the house located in the plush Kalorama neighborhood. This update comes after Ivanka confirmed she was leaving Washington in the form of a farewell message on Twitter.

According to CNN, the couple has signed a one-year lease on a luxury condo at the Arte in Miami. The outlet's source confirmed that it is a swanky and expensive oceanfront residential building. Ivanka and Kushner's items are slated to be delivered to Miami, said another source. The report also added that rents at the Arte touch around $40,000-per-month and usually sell for $7-15 million. The place they will be moving to is in close proximity to the land they purchased in December for $32 million on the exclusive Indian Creek Island, also in Miami.

It is still not clear where the couple is currently ever since leaving their roles as Donald Trump's advisers after he departed the White House ahead of Joe Biden's inauguration on Wednesday. She was seen tearful as Trump delivered his farewell speech at the Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. They didn't fly with Trump and Melania to Florida.

Trump also signed a memorandum extending secret service protection for six months for all his children. The site said that Mar-a-Lago was not a feasible place for the Kushners. Netizens did share their thoughts on the secret service detail that was assigned to the Trump family members. "@IvankaTrump- But where will @USSecretService(that we’re still paying for) go pee pee HERE? - Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner move out of DC and lease luxury condo in Miami - CNNPolitics," read one of the tweets. "RECIND!! Trump doesn't need for us to pay for his family's secret service. The outfit Malania had on plus her shoes and purse had to cost upwards around $20,000.00. Ivanka bought a $30 million house in Miami and God only knows what the other kids are buying. Let him pay his SS!" read another. The digs weren't far away. "I guess Daddy’s condos are too trashy for her.  Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner Lease Miami Condo Following $32 Million Deal on Indian Creek - The Wall Street Journal" one of the people commented. "Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are moving to Miami after leaving Washington I hate to think i may be wrong but i dont think Americans are stupid enough to vote another Trump in office with daddy lurking behind, not another narcissist," one of the netizens opined.

In related news, Page Six reported last week that Tiffany was keen on buying a condo or a house in Miami's South Beach that is known for its exuberant nightlife. Although she has been reportedly staying in the same area for a while now with her boyfriend, Michael Boulos, she's looking for properties with him.
