PARIS, FRANCE: What do 'Real Housewife' Lisa Rinna and 'Stranger Things' character Will Byers have in common, aside from being two iconic characters from two hit shows? Apparently, quite a lot! As the Internet claims, 'The Real Housewives of the Beverly Hills' vet Lisa Rinna now resembles the fictional character Will Byers from 'Stranger Things' after her 'bowl haircut' that she unveiled during Paris Fashion Week on Saturday, March 4.

When 'Days of Our Lives' star Rinna, 59, shared a glimpse of her new look on Instagram, users noticed similarities between many on-screen characters, including the character of Will Byers, played by Noah Schnapp.

Lisa, the fashion trotter

The 'Rinna Beauty' founder is currently on a fashion world tour as she has recently been spotted in New York, Milan, London and Paris. The 'Melrose Place' alum got attention when she walked the runway at Copenhagen Fashion Week in February. In Paris, she attended the 'Vivienne Westwood' show, where the fashion house presented its fall/winter 2023 collection, the first since the death of the eponymous designer in December 2022.

Rinna wore a pleated, structured blazer with bold prints, cinched at the waist with a belt, and a pair of black metallic leggings. She also wore black high-heeled boots and statement earrings. However, her outfit choice was overshadowed by her new hairstyle. She styled her shiny brown hair into a bob with thick fringe.

Fans can breathe a sigh of relief, however, because this internet-famous haircut was only for the show, and Rinna returned to her original hairstyle after the show.

‘Definitely not your best hair do’

While there are many Internet users who supported the look saying, “This is the most fabulous thing,” some noticed that Rinna resembled Will Byers a lot. One fan wrote, “Will from Stranger things.” “Will Byers??? Living his best life,” quote another. A fan took the comparison a little deeper as they said, “Will has truly evolved from his gay panic crying in the van moment”. “In her Will Byers era,” wrote another commenter.

‘Very Farquaadesque’

Not only to Will Byers, but Rinna’s latest hairdo has been compared to many other pop culture references too. Next fan favorite is Toni Tennille, as her Rinna was compared to ‘Love Will Keep Us Together’ hitmaker’s legendary hairstyle. One user wrote, “This Toni Tennille hair is gorge on you!❤️” while another exclaimed in recognition, “YESssss Werkin that “TENNILLE”❣️😍💥✨” “Toni Tennille called, she wants her hairstyle back!” wrote the third.

Rinna’s hairstyle has also been compared to other pop culture icons like Lord Farquaad from ‘Shrek' and the commercial featuring a parody of Lord Farquaad. One fan commented, “Lord Farquaad if he slayed. It’s giving lord Farquad 😂”. “It’s giving Berries and Cream,” wrote the second. While the third commented, “All I can hear is “berries and cream berries and cream“ 😂” refrencing ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.’ One user wrote, “How was the chocolate factory?” “I don’t remember you being in the Beatles?” one user said referring to the legendary band’s style.
