'Love the honesty'

"I'm not sure why so many people deny taking the shots. Y'all can judge in the comments section below, but for those interested in trying this, you should hit up my doctor @tabasum and get started," The reality personality, 41, wrote in the caption while sharing the video showing the drug. A fan commented, "Love the honesty, however, if it’s Semaglutide you are talking about then it’s a shame." He added, "I work in the healthcare field and it breaks my heart to see many type 2 diabetes patients struggle to find this medication due to the high demands on people who don’t need it."

'You’re always transparent about everything'

Her doctor responded in support, commenting about her being transparent about everything. "Golnesa !!! The thing I loved about you from day one is how you’re always transparent about everything from your health struggles to plastic surgery." She said, "This is a wonderful video. I’m so happy you’re losing the way that you put on with all of your health issues and I’m so happy to be your doctor helping you on this journey." She continued, "Putting on all that weight is really do you have militating to your emotional health I see it with so many people… This really is an easy and safe way to lose weight effectively. There should be no shame in this and you’re one of the best patients I have.!!! Love you."

'I feel sorry for people'

However, more fans gave her "food for thought" with one sharing a story about facing the shortage of this drug for managing his diabetes. "I’ve always been a big of yours. I’d like to give you another perspective. I’ve been a diabetic since I was 18 months old. I have fought very hard to manage a very difficult disease" He further wrote, "About 2 years ago I was put on Ozempic to lower my A1C. It was wildly successful at helping me manage my Diabetes." He added, "I was without Ozempic for about 4 months due to the latest craze for this medication for weight loss. My A1C went up & has been difficult to maintain. I run the risk of severe medical complications that extend far beyond weight gain. I don’t believe the end justifies the means here. Food for thought." One more wrote, "I do not judge you for what you are doing. I feel sorry for people who REALLY need that medication to control their chronic Diabetes to avoid losing limbs….in order for you to lose 17 lbs."
