Twitch ban
The ASMR queen had recently been subject to a ban from Twitch which has now been reversed. Even though neither Twitch nor Amouranth has officially announced the ban, which became effective on May 4, 2023, it was announced by StreamerBans on Twitter.
Amouranth has been banned six times since 2019. Additionally, records show that each of her final two bans in 2021 lasted three days. In light of the sixth ban, fans are now wondering whether the internet star might be willing to switch streaming services.
This will not be the first time a Twitch streamer has switched to Kick after receiving several bans. If she makes the transition, she will be imitating Adin Ross, who was among the first users of the brand-new platform.
Is Amouranth ready to switch to Kick?
The streamer expressed an interest in moving away from Twitch and onto other platforms in an exclusive interview with EssentiallySports. The ASMR queen said, “I would try anything for like a certain amount of money.”
She said that at least initially, she won't be going exclusive on other platforms. However, given the circumstances, it's probable that Amouranth will sign an exclusive contract with Kick.
Ross moved from Twitch to Kick and when asked what she thought about the move, she responded, “I don't believe it's terrible to diversify material on multiple platforms. However, I don't think their strategy is really good.”
However, Amouranth is currently in the same situation that Ross was in. Fans are anticipating the banned Twitch streamer's next move.
