Is Beyoncé pregnant? R&B diva sparks 'baby bump' rumors following Dubai concert
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Beyoncé's latest performance in Dubai has sparked a debate among her fans about whether the megastar songstress is expecting another baby. Leaked photos and videos from the show at the Atlantis The Royal resort have led to rumors that the R&B diva is pregnant with her fourth child with husband Jay-Z.
The mother-of-three donned a short pink dress with ornamental details for a portion of the private show, completing the look with matching gloves and stockings. While the ensemble allowed her to flaunt her flawless figure, the star prompted pregnancy speculation after her belly appeared to stick out a little more than usual.

The 'Crazy In Love' singer, 41, took a trip to the Gulf for the grand opening of Dubai's latest landmark hotel, Atlantis The Royal. It was her first full performance since 2018 when she sang for her fans at the Global Citizen Festival in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Dubai spectacle was memorable, to say the least, with iconic renditions of her hits such as 'Drunk In Love'. That said, a lot of fans on social media were convinced she is pregnant.
"There have been opinions circulating that people think Beyoncé is pregnant during [her] performance in Dubai. Is Beyoncé baking a bun? #beyoncepregnant #Beyonce #Dubai #musicindustry #BeyonceInDubai," one fan tweeted. "I think she's pregnant #Beyonce," another insisted. "Yes she looks baby bump healthy bless her," someone else agreed.
"My mom randomly texting the fam group chat asking if Beyoncé is pregnant and instantly sending my sister and me into a tailspin," read another tweet. "When I’m pregnant I wanna reveal it like I’m Beyoncé. Nobody knows nothing just show up with a big ass belly," another quipped.

Some, however, refuted claims being made about the supposed 'baby bump'. "At first I thought so too, but after hearing about her foot surgery, it’s probably just a little extra weight because she can’t exercise," one speculated, adding, "Still looks great. Now if only I still looked like a bad a** b*tch after gaining some weight…couldn’t tell me nothing."
"Beyonce isnt pregnant. She must likely gained a bit of weight after foot surgery. I gained like 20 lbs after I broke my ankle because you literally have to be stationary for weeks maybe months," another wrote. "Something about people assuming Beyoncé is pregnant bc she has a very slight belly is so damn weird. Y’all are weird and have a warped perception of human bodies," someone else chimed in.

The speculation comes shortly after Beyoncé faced quite the backlash for performing in Dubai, where homosexuality is illegal and there is zero tolerance towards the LGBTQ+ community. The singer's father Matthew Knowles rushed to defend his daughter in light of the pushback, telling TMZ that her show in the middle-eastern city brought people together and "united a really diverse crowd." The 71-year-old insisted that his beloved daughter would never do anything to "deliberately hurt someone" and that she has "always stood for inclusiveness." What's more? The doting father also teased an upcoming tour. "She'll announce it when she's ready," he told the outlet on Tuesday, January 24.
