The celebrity couple got married in a "practice" ceremony in Las Vegas in 2022 after Barker performed at the Grammy awards. They later had a second, legally-binding wedding in Santa Barbara and a third, lavish ceremony on the Italian Riviera coastline in Portofino.
Kourtney Kardashian and Barker have been since celebrating each other and their shared life regularly on Instagram. Recently, Barker posted a series of pictures showing off his gorgeous wife, Kourtney, including one of the tattoos that he got for her. One of the poses in the pictures led fans to think that there might be a pregnancy announcement coming up.

Travis Barker, the 47-year-old drummer of Blink-182, revealed over the weekend that he has gotten a massive tattoo of his wife Kourtney's eyes. Barker shared a photo on Instagram of the tattoo on his right thigh, along with a close-up of the still-raw ink. He also included a photo of himself and Kourtney posing together in the album.
Due to the picture itself and the way Travis had posed behind Kourtney, fans were convinced that the picture was actually a pregnancy announcement. One user commented, “Please tell me this is a pregnancy announcement.” A number of fans believe that the picture would be accompanied by an announcement soon. A fan asked, “Did she say she’s pregnant? wheres the “announcement.” Another user commented, "It’s tagged on her tummy. M***n lol it’s just hoping they finally get their baby they want." Another user said, "She looks it."
However, some fans were more cautious. As one commented, "Can we stop assuming women are pregnant just because they don’t look like they normally do?” It is currently unclear whether the post had anything to do with Kourtney's pregnancy.
This is not the first tattoo that Barker has gotten in honor of Kourtney. Early in their relationship, he got Kourtney's name tattooed on his chest. As their relationship progressed, Kourtney herself tattooed, "I love you" onto one of his forearms. Shortly after he proposed to her in October 2021, he also had a tattoo of Kourtney's lips inked on the inside of his bicep, along with a scorpion artfully positioned to cover up his ex-wife Shanna Moakler's name.
The couple famously had a drunken Las Vegas wedding on April Fool's Day last year, exchanging vows in front of an Elvis impersonator. They were recently spotted carrying large glasses of red wine out of a restaurant and into their car after dinner with Kourtney's friend Addison Rae.
