'Threw away his marriage to be 3-3': Internet shreds Tom Brady after he said 'no retirement in my future'
TAMPA, FLORIDA: American Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, has dismissed all rumors and speculation surrounding his NFL future. A few days ago former NFL player and now analyst Chris Simms claimed that Brady could be in for a mid-off-season retirement but on Thursday, October 20, the star player reaffirmed his allegiance to play this whole season for Tampa Bay at a press conference.
The 45-year-old QB player is currently making headlines for his divorce controversy with his wife of 13 years, Gisele Bundchen after he was last spotted not wearing a wedding band around his finger. Due to Brady's marital problems, he is reportedly not having a vintage season and allegedly also has a number of issues off the field coupled with a 3-3 record.

Brady at the press conference started off by first joking that he is arriving to announce that he would be stepping down from the game until he soon addressed the rumors seriously and said, "No retirement in my future." The NFL star started by joking, "that's really why I'm here. I'm here to announce finally... you guys pushed me to the brink," and added, "I love the sport, and I love the teammates, and I want to go do a great job for this team like I always have. No retirement in my future."
Brady who has won seven Super Bowls first announced his retirement on February 1, this year, stating he vowed to spend more with his family. "Gisele deserves what she needs from me as a husband, and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad." But soon his marital problems started to arise, with many speculating Brady's decision to U-turn on his retirement was the triggering point of his marriage. However, Brady's equivocal remarks about his retirement spurred a hysterical response from the Internet.
The Fox Sports NFL joked on Twitter and wrote, "Tom Brady playing til age 70, confirmed." A social media user added, "I mean to deny that he is the greatest quarterback of all time is kind of silly, in my opinion. Outside of being the most decorated player in the history of the sport, he literally holds the record for the highest win %. We may be over him, but he’s earned the title. Cheers." Another user chimed with a GIF and wrote, "Tom to Gisele and the kids" "Threw away his marriage to be 3-3 lol love to see it," a tweet read. Whilst another user remarked, "May have lost his family so might as well go all in." "Tom Brady is not going to retire until he gets another Super Bowl ring he wants to be able to have rings on all his fingers when he balls his fist." a user tweeted,
